Imagine yourself soaring through the warm tropical air at 120 miles per hour, with an unobstructed view of the tiny islands below. Then your parachute opens, and you feel the pure euphoria of peacefully floating down to earth to a pin-point landing.

• The professional skydiving instructors at Skydive Key West, have made over 63,000+ jumps over the course of many years. They have an impeccable safety record. Their skydiving equipment is state-of-the-art and certified by the United States Parachute Association.

 

What You'll Do

• First you’ll complete a short orientation with a certified Skydive Key West instructor. This will be a tandem jump, so you’ll suit up in skydiving equipment – built for two. Next, you’ll travel to the nearby airfield, board the plane, take flight, and enjoy an amazing sightseeing tour over the Florida Keys for about 15 minutes. You may see dolphins and boats below and have a spectacular view of the Seven Mile Bridge and all the Middle Florida Keys. When it’s time to jump, you’ll step out of the plane with your instructor, and for 40 thrilling seconds you’ll feel like you’re flying as you free-fall. Then, your parachute will open, and you’ll peacefully float for about 5 minutes back to earth for a soft, pinpoint landing that will seal one of the most memorable experiences of your life. You can choose to assist your instructor in steering the parachute or leave your hands free to wave to your friends as you land.

 

What Will Be Provided

• State-of-the-art Sky Diving Equipment certified by the United States Parachute Association. A ride to the airstrip and a flight up in the jump plane. In addition you can purchase photos and a video of the jump after you have landed.

 

Where They'll Be

• The Key West Skydive Adventure airstrip and skydiving outfit is located at Mile Marker 17, on Sugarloaf Key, just a 15 Min drive from Key West. You will need to arrange transportation to the airstrip. VHKW can help if needed.
